At Stephen Liu Design, we aim to deliver our creations to you with care and efficiency. Each order is handled individually to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition.

1. Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
- Made-to-order or pre-order items may take longer to produce. Please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated production times.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

- UK Domestic: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking, and a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Stephen Liu Design is not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. Shipping Providers

We work with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and others depending on your location. You may be asked to sign for your delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
