Stephen Liu Design – Return & Refund Policy

At Stephen Liu Design, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • It is returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces.

  • Final sale items.

  • Gift cards.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at stephenliudesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at stephenliudesign@gmail.com 


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.


6. Custom Orders

Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Any issues with craftsmanship or damage will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
